In 2005, Wilfried Flashaar-Bloedorn founded the FLASHAAR^® LEDLight GmbH & Co.KG in order to sell and distribute LED components with high grade, white light quality for the use in the architectural sector.

The emphasis of the field of activity shifted accordingly to the customers demands towards the development and production of LED profiles and customised illumination solutions, especially for the exclusive yacht-building industry.

In 2007, Swen Flashaar-Bloedorn assumed the management of the company and transformed FLASHAAR^® LEDLight into a leading distributor of LED illumination solutions with an excellent cost-benefit ratio. From many special solutions, serial-products were created.

FLASHAAR^® is considered in Germany and also increasingly in neighbouring countries such as: Italy, France, Spain, Great Britain, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands, to be the embodiment of excellent products and services around the fascination called light.

Analogous to our company philosophy, we see ourselves as a competent partner – Your LightGuide – in all illumination questions.
