Pralissimo Mannheim
The light which does not melt chocolate
Since 1916, one can enjoy an exquisite selection of chocolate delicacies in the chocolate house Rinderspacher.
Sabine and Oliver Kreker continue this tradition and invigorate their business with their own chocolate production since August 2002. The finest cocoa beans are used to form the noblest chocolate creations - whether as a bar created by hand or as chocolate pieces directly from the form.

Highlights are definitely the handmade, dewy truffles and chocolate candies. A treat you should not miss!
In summer 2010 the new shop was opened in the Kurfürstenpassage P7, 24 in Mannheim with a new style and design. "We looked for an efficient lighting, in order to illuminate the noble packing on the shelves in true colors, but also in such a way that the chocolates do not start to melt”, explained Carmine Mariconda from Bukma Licht und Leuchten GmbH in Mannheim.
In cooperation with Swen Flashaar-Bloedorn, a total of 17 LED lamps were developed based on a special COB LED platinum, which itself is distinguished by a high efficiency and very high colour-rendering with CRI > 90% . Reflectors, spefically made for Pralissimo Rinderspacher, in combination with a diffuser above the LEDs provide a non-dazzling and even illumination. The 5W LED generates an impressive light comparable to a 35W low-voltage cold-light reflector lamp.
“We are completely satisfied with our new lights”, emphasized Mr. Kreker at our last visit to Pralissimo Rinderspacher, while enjoying an excellent cup of coffee with a luscious piece of cake.
